I’ve been meaning to submit this review for awhile,”] as we purchased our couches 18 months ago. We wanted leather reclining sofas and we had a strict budget. We were up front with the salesman and he was happy to show us couches in our price range. He never pushed anything more expensive, respecting the fact that we couldn’t spend more than we’d budgeted for. Not only did we get two fabulous reclining couches, but he threw in two gorgeous end tables and still gave us a good discount for paying cash. The couches arrived three days earlier than promised and the delivery guys were awesome. They hauled away our old, mangled sectional FOR FREE. That in itself was a huge value. We will definitely return to Broadway Furniture the next time we need anything for our house. Thank you for making this painless for us!
Pay no mind to the slightly retro exterior, Broadway Furniture has a large selection of chairs, couches, bedroom furniture,

kitchen and dining room tables, etc, etc, etc. We recently went in looking for new bedroom furniture and we were able to find exactly what we needed fairly easily. The staff was also very friendly and open to working with us because the furniture came as a set, but we didn’t need the bed frame, but we did need an additional nightstand. They were able to make that happen and the buying process was simple and easy. We got a great, moderate price. They are delivering and setting up our new furniture next Friday. We will definitely head back here when it is time to get a new kitchen table (we actually happened to see one while we were there…).

Admittedly, I went to the store with a specific item (a single size mattress) so I didn’t spend any time just browsing. However, when Jerry (salesman? owner?) met me and determined what I was looking for, he lead me directly to their products. He gave me the basic prices of all their stock, from cheapest to most expensive. He also gave me a brief benefits / cost analysis of each choice. I felt no pressure towards any particular item, and felt like I was getting the “just the facts” that I needed. It was very comfortable and relaxed experience. If I need any furniture in the future, I plan on making this store either my first, or one of my first stops. It’s a good place to shop. Jacob and his delivery guys did a great job providing customer service to us today

My honey placed the order and I received the furniture. The delivery was within its forecasted delivery time and Jacob went over and beyond to make sure I was notified when the delivery drivers were stuck in traffic so I could return to work then return when they arrived, still within the forecasted time period. You don’t get service like this very often so I wanted to say THANK YOU Broadway Furniture. We will return for our future needs.
Broadway Furniture was simply amazing to be able to counter my expectations and…

temper my blurry eyed stupor of furniture funk. We must have gone into at least 10 different stores AND shopped online for the perfect couch to no avail. There was no one coming to the rescue and nothing met our desire for the right couch. Most places had one or two interesting pieces, like Macy’s at Washington Square, but they were asking an arm and half a leg for crap that sells at Costco! Don’t be fooled! Most furniture people are out to take your money like some satellite rendition of vegas. They are NOT giving you the right kind of compensation in return.

After spotting Broadway during some late night eating we decided to stop in when they were open. A mecca of leather solely designed to support your assets. There’s four or five different levels to Broadway with varying themes and sizes of pieces. This is where you’re going to find the perfect couch.

L-sections, budget couches, budget sectionals, high end sectionals, sofas, love seats, recliners, recliner couches, recliner sectionals, imports, locals, they’ve got every model I saw at any other store and more. The place is dotted with odds and ends like nightstands, small tables, lamps, etc… but the kitch isn’t why you’re here. Broadway is going to put the perfect place to sit in your living room.

Here’s a Bonus: Haggle at Broadway. This isn’t Ikea, and the price you see isn’t the “real” price, they expect you to haggle in this economy. At least bring someone with you who can “negotiate” if you don’t feel comfortable doing the talking. This could save you anywhere from $200-1000 dollars off retail prices.

Besides the price, Broadway had exceptional customer service. I don’t know what happened to B.t. (reviewer above) but we had a great experience. I’m incredibly picky when it comes to the things I sit on. Mostly because even though I’m fairly light, around 160lbs, I tend to just break down furniture by relaxing on it. We spent over an hour in the store walking around and they answered every question that we had. They were very patient, as we changed our mind about a million times.

Finally we decided on this awesome leather recliner that was about HALF the price of what we had seen elsewhere. It was close to what I saw at Costco, but a much higher quality couch. Came with a five year warranty to challenge me to break it down in that amount of time. My wife and I haven’t enjoyed our TV room so much as we have with this new couch.

We had next day delivery, before Christmas! They were right on time and everything was smooth as silk.
