Broadway Furniture carries high-quality furniture from top manufacturers. Our low-price guarantee ensures you get the best deal on your purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on website may vary from showroom prices.
Ordering and Delivery
Orders will be processed within 48 hours and an order confirmation will be emailed to you with an estimate of when your order will be delivered. Shipping estimates will vary according to the availability of merchandise from the manufacturer.
Once your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will call you for an appointment for delivery. We deliver Monday through Friday from 11 am to 5 pm.
While we make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our delivery estimates, Broadway Furniture cannot be held responsible for manufacturing or shipping delays which are beyond our control and orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to delays which are beyond our control.
We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer financing through Synchrony and Snap with easy pre-approval online. Please contact Broadway Furniture for more information.
Oregon does not have a state sales tax and sales tax is not applicable to deliveries made within the state of Oregon. For special circumstances where deliveries outside of the state of Oregon are requested, applicable sales tax may apply. Please call store for more details.
We want you to love your new furniture. The Broadway Furniture guarantee means that we will deliver your furniture to you in new condition, meeting the standards set by the manufacturer. Any damage to the furniture incurred during delivery will be repaired to new condition or the item will be replaced based on the manufacturers chosen plan of action.
Any refunds or exchanges must be approved by Broadway Furniture. In the event there is a refund or exchange a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Without exception, dissatisfaction must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Contact Broadway Furniture for more details.
All of the products we carry are guaranteed against defects as specified in the manufacturer’s warranty. Ask one of our customer service representatives for more information about a specific brand’s warranty.
Cancellations are permitted within 3 days of placing your order so if you need to cancel an order, call Broadway Furniture as soon as possible. Orders in production or already shipped from the manufacturer cannot be canceled.
Fees may apply. We will deliver to many areas within a 100-mile radius of Portland, Oregon. Call the store for more details or to see if we will deliver to your area.

Please take measurements of your home before placing an order. Measure exterior and interior doorways, hallways, stairways and the room where the furniture will be placed. Compare these measurements with the dimensions in the product description. Our delivery team will exhaust every effort to deliver the furniture into your home without damage to your home or the furniture. No refund will be given if the furniture is undeliverable.
Delivery trucks and personnel must be able to access your home. Please let us know if there are barriers, driveway, or road restrictions or if special considerations must be made that affect entrance to your residence. You will be responsible for all expenses if we cannot deliver your furniture because of limited access to your address.
The Broadway Furniture delivery staff cannot move, rearrange, or haul away your existing furniture. All areas where furniture is to be placed as well as access to these areas must be free and clear of existing furniture or anything else that might prevent safe delivery of your new furniture.
