What kind of furniture do you sell?

You name it! Bedroom sets, living room sofas, recliners, sectionals, dining room ensembles, mattresses, coffee tables, end tables, cocktail tables, barstools, servers, sideboards, and much, much more! When warmer weather rolls around, that’s when we offer outdoor furniture, including patio dining sets, loungers, swings, and firepits. Plus, we have a great selection of lamps, rugs, wall art, futons, and accent furniture.

Do you carry brand-name furniture?

Yes. We carry most of the top, high-quality brands you’ve known and loved throughout the years. We also carry furniture from other brands that you may be discovering for the first time. We curate our selection each season after attending all the top industry trade shows. We like to know what we’re selling, which is why we take such a hands-on approach to building our showroom. We can order and customize just about anything.

Can I return, exchange, or cancel a furniture order?

You can cancel within three days of placing your order. Call Broadway Furniture at 503-281-5555 as soon as possible if and when you choose to cancel. Unfortunately, orders already in production or in the process of being shipped from the manufacturer can’t be canceled.

Refunds or exchanges must be approved by Broadway Furniture. If a refund or exchange is permitted, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Without exception, dissatisfaction must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Please contact us for more details.

Where is your store located?

Our address is 11875 S.W. Pacific Hwy in Tigard, Oregon. We like to say we’re close to anywhere in the Portland metro area. That’s because our Tigard furniture store is located on S.W. Pacific Highway (99W) just off 217. We’re also very close to I-5. So no matter where you are, you can just jump on the highway and be at our store in no time.

How Long have you been in business?

Broadway Furniture traces its origins back to 1935. Broadway Furniture owner Ken Shleifer’s father started the business. It was a family business then, and it remains a family business now.

Come visit us! We’re open seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. You can call us at 503-281-5555.

Broadway Furniture accepts cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

Do you offer financing for purchases?

Yes! Our terms are simple: You’ll get 0% APR financing for up to 12 months, with no minimum amount of purchase required. We finance through Synchrony and Snap with easy online pre-approvals available for qualified buyers.

Do you Deliver?

Absolutely. Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

When you order online at, orders are typically processed within 48 hours. We’ll email an order confirmation to you that contains a shipping and delivery estimate. Once the merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we’ll call you to schedule an appointment for delivery.

How do I prepare my home for a furniture delivery?

We recommend that you take measurements prior to placing an order. Please measure both exterior and interior doorways, stairwells, hallways, as well as the room where the furniture will be placed. Next, compare your home’s measurements with the dimensions found in our product description. Our delivery team is expert and experienced. The crew will exhaust every effort to deliver the furniture into your home without damaging your home or the furniture. However, the delivery crew will not move, rearrange, or haul away your existing furniture. Please clear out the area where the furniture is to be placed, including any areas needed for access. Please alert Broadway Furniture to any gates, barriers, stairs, driveways, road, or access restrictions to your residence. We can’t provide refunds for undeliverable furniture.

Yes! Broadway Furniture doesn’t just carry high-quality furniture from the world’s top furniture manufacturers. We also put our name behind it with a low-price guarantee that ensures our customers get the absolute best deal on their furniture purchases. Prices can fluctuate for a variety of reasons, but you can be certain that the price you pay at Broadway is the best around. We guarantee to deliver your furniture in new condition while meeting the standards set by the manufacturer. We will repair or replace at our discretion any furniture in the unlikely event that it is damaged during delivery. We also work in accordance with the manufacturer’s chosen plan of action. Every product we carry is guaranteed against defects as specified in the manufacturer’s warranty.

Will my furniture be delivered?

We pledge to never sell an item of furniture or deliver it to our customers’ homes until every piece of that item has been unpacked and inspected for defects. When you get your new furniture, you should expect to get precisely the item you were expecting — with all the style, customizations, and features that you wanted. Plus, we only sell furniture that meets or exceeds factory standards — as well as our own. We are your partner in the furniture-buying process, and we’re here to support your purchase from start to finish. Our warehouse behind our Tigard furniture store features a staging area. That’s where our furniture delivery team assembles and tests every item we sell to ensure it’s in perfect condition and that it performs to expectations.

Do you deliver outside the Portland metro area? Salem, for example?

Yes, we will deliver to Salem and other cities outside the Portland metro area. Fees may apply. We deliver to most areas within a 100-mile radius of Portland, Oregon. Contact us for details on the full range of our delivery area.
