Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Furniture foam cushions are constructed of polyurethane foam center core with a wrap of polyester fiber. The loss of resilience should not be confused with softening and flattening of polyester fiber and foam that will occur as: a result of normal use and aging.
All foam will soften and will not be considered a defect. Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Furniture warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the original retail purchase.
