We are very happy to take the time invoved in working on special orders, so that we may be able to fulfill your particular furniture needs.

However we want to inform you of our requirements when we take on special orders:

Special Orders Are Non-Cancelable

No Returns, exchanges, or store credit are given for any reason!

Why?

Special orders are just that. They are designed and ordered to meet your exact needs.

Because other people do not have the same needs, we are unable to resell your specially ordered furniture except at a highly reduced cost, most often, below cost.

And

Furniture Manufacturers DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on Special Orders.

So Please

MEASURE, CHECK COLORS, CHECK STYLES and don't be afraid to ask questions before placing any special order.
