Delivery Policy

We are hapy to deliver your furniture, usually, free of charge. However we also ask for your co-operation in understanding our delivery policies.

Due To Insurance Reasons, our delivery personnel are not allowed to move your personal furniture.

Please have the delivery areas cleared. 

Remove any old sofas,bed sets,dining sets, etc., from the delivery areas. This includes the areas from the truck to the specific area in your home.

If upon delivery, the areas are not cleared and accessable, and unless previous arrangements have been made, the delivered items will be left in an open area of your home, garage, or under a patio.

If upon arriving at the place of delivery, we are unable to safely deliver your furniture at the arranged time, it cannot be returned to our store without a redelivery charge of at least $75. (areas further outside Portland may be subject to a higher minimum fee)

If Pre-arrangements have been made for moving your personal furniture, you will be charged at $40 per 1/2 hour increments, with a minimum of $40 charged.
